In this module you will learn all about the procedures SLCP has in place to ensure the quality and integrity of SLCP verified data. First, the Verification Oversight Organization (VOO) is introduced and their role and responsibilities are detailed. Next, the various Quality Assurance (QA) activities are listed and explained, ranging from Verifier Body management checks to Duplicate Verifications. Lastly, we discuss what the outcomes of QA activities are used for and the immediate consequences of such activities. By the end of this module we hope that you believe in the efficacy of the QA activities in place and that you trust the SLCP system to generate high quality and accurate data.
